Rebecca St. Germain

Employee Benefits Advisor

Rebecca has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years.  She is passionate about guiding employers and their employees through the complicated world of Benefits.  Her areas of expertise are small and mid-size businesses.  She specializes in not only finding the best coverage options, such as high deductible health plans and level funded plans, but most importantly providing a level of service to the small employers and their employees that the larger agencies do not provide. Because of the care she provides her clients, she is proud to say she has 98% client retention.

She started her insurance career at Blue Cross & Blue Shield in 1995 as a claims processor, progressing to customer service then Small Group retention. This experience gave her the client perspective. Therefore, she understands her clients’ needs and because of knowing the carrier side, she can properly communicate exactly what her clients’ needs are when she calls to help her clients with a claim.   Rebecca was the top Small Group retention representative from 2003-2006.  She moved to the broker side in 2006, working as an Account Manager for two years at a small agency. In 2008 she began her role as an Employee Benefits consultant.

Rebecca has been a member of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association in Fairfield County for over 10 years and was named Volunteer of the Year in 2011 as well as Woman of the Year in 2013. She also serves on the Associates Council and is co-chair of the Professional Women in Building philanthropy committee. She is also a member of the Central CT HBRA and serves on the Parade of Homes committee.

Rebecca lives in Vernon, CT with her husband, three children and three stepchildren.
